Maine Lodging Tax: 7.00% Per room per night (not included in room rate). Rates are single or double occupancy. A 50% deposit paid by major credit card (AMEX, VISA or MasterCard) is required for all reservations. You will be asked to provide credit card information in order to complete your reservation. Reservations will be confirmed in writing. The balance and any additional charges will be due at checkout. Payment by traveler's check, personal check or cash is appreciated. The deposit (minus a $25.00 service charge) will be refunded provided cancellation notice is received by us at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the stay unless the room is re-booked. We will make every effort to do so. Reservations cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control will be rescheduled. Check-in is anytime after 2 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out available with prior arrangement. The 1802 House is a non-smoking facility.

High rates occur on weekends and Valentine's Day. Low rates occur during mid-week.
