SINGLE NIGHT SURCHARGE:

An additional $15 (plus tax) will be added to the standard rate(s) indicated for each room reserved in a single night reservation.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

1-2 ROOM RESERVATION: Room(s) guaranteed with payment equivalent to 1/3 of total reservation OR 1 night's lodging for all rooms reserved, whichever is greater

3-4 ROOM RESERVATION: Rooms guaranteed with payment equivalent to first AND last night's lodging for all rooms reserved

5 ROOM RESERVATION: Rooms guaranteed with payment equivalent to 50% of entire duration of reservation for all rooms reserved

• Visa/MasterCard or personal/business checks accepted

• If paying by check, deposit must be received within 7 days of making reservation to guaranty room

• If arrival date is less than 21 days from the date reservation is being made, check deposits are not accepted; deposit must be make with credit card or room can not be guaranteed

• Room payments made by person/business check must be secured with a credit card if reservation was made less than 21 days in advance of arrival date

CHECK-IN TIME:

3:00pm - 6:00pm -- Contact innkeeper to arrange for earlier or later arrival

CHECK-OUT TIME:

11:00am -- Later departure time may be allowed through previous arrangement with innkeeper (Late Departure Fee - $25)
