General Notes
Please note: We require a 2 night minimum stay from September to June SUMMER: 7 night minimum stay July 13 to August 17, 2013 3 or 4 night mini vacations are available until July 12, 2013 and August 18 - 31, 2013 Please Note: In the Summer, All bookings must Start or End on a Saturday Minimum 3 night stay between Christmas and New Years and long holiday weekends.

Deposits on Reservations: A 50% payment is required on bookings of 4 days or less, 25% payment or $400 on 5 days or more on Confirmation of Reservations. The balance is payable upon arrival

Cancellation: The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50 , will be returned to you if notice of cancellation is received by us no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival for 7 days or more, 28 days notice for 6 days or less. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any reservation at any time. A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure. Day Visitors (over Cottage Maximum) - $40/day per person No Guests or Visitors will be allowed without advance permission.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
