In season, our rates include a complimentary full Country Breakfast.

During our winter season (Jan-Apr) Full country breakfast is not always available, Please mention in comment box if you would like to have breakfast. We will get back if it is being served. Adding breakfast will be an additional charge of $11.00 per person.

Most rates are based on Double Occupancy (two persons in room).
Rates based on two guests; Rate adjustments for additional guests will show on confirmation.
Additional adults in room: $25.00 pp, per night. Children ages 5-12 sharing room with 2 adults: $12.00. Child under 5 years - no charge. Cribs: $20.00 per stay
Single Room rate is based on 1 person.
Pet fee: $20.00 per stay For our guest with allergies we keep a pet free floor!
Special Event weekends may have different surcharges.
May Notes
May 26-29, 2017 is a Special Event Weekend / Middlebury College Commencement.
A non-refundable deposit (by check) in the amount of 50% of the total reservation cost is required for all reservations on this weekend, to be received no later than January 15, 2017.
There is an immediate $75.00 cancellation fee, per room, for any reservation cancelled for this weekend.
Surcharge for additional adults in the room is $50.00 per night.
Children under 12 sharing room with parents are $25.00 per night. Children under 5, no charge.

For reservations made after this date a non-refundable deposit is due by check 30 days after your confirmation is sent. Reservations that have not made a deposit will forfeit their rooms. A reminder will be sent after confirmation.
