Check-in 3:00pm- 9:00pm, 5-9pm for yurts May-Mid Sept (see below). Check-out by 11:00am (after 11am a $50.00 late fee billed to credit card).
NO EARLY CHECK IN'S between 1-2:59pm unless prior arrangements and $50 fee applies. GATE OPENS AT 3pm
Lower rate shown is multi-night (2 or more)and higher rate is 1 night rate.
Room and yurt rates shown do not include state/local taxes of 12%.
Maximum of 2 individuals per room or yurt.
FOR YURT GUESTS: Summer months May-Mid September can have warm/hot afternoons (80 plus) from 1-5pm. Guests staying in a yurt should make plans to spend the afternoon out of the yurt due to afternoon heat. Bring a bathing suit, go tubing, kayaking, hiking in the mountains. You will be much cooler. The yurt air conditioner will work better in the morning and later afternoons/ evenings. Yurt check in is after 5pm during this time of year.
Two Night Minimum Required for certain Festivals,holidays and Fall Season(Oct 1st-Nov 11th weekends, yurts through end of November). Contact us if you want one night during a holiday or festival to see if 2 night minimum is applicable.
In some instances a one night stay (Fall/Holidays/Festivals)might be permitted on a Friday or Sunday if the two night minimum has already been booked for the room/yurt that particular weekend. Also rooms/yurts still available at 9am Friday may be booked Friday night or 8pm Friday for Saturday one nighters.Single night rate would apply.
