Cancellations received more that 14 days out, from scheduled arrival, will have the deposit refunded only if the reservation is able to be resold in its entirety. A $45.00 cancellation fee per room reserved per night applies.Cancellations received less than 14 days of scheduled arrival, are unable to be refunded & guest is financially responsible for the entire balance due. Room rates are based on double occupancy. We welcome young guests age 13+ We are unable to accommodate pets. The Inn, porches, fire escape stairwells & surrounding grounds are smoke free areas in the best interest of all our guests. We reserve the right to impose a nonrefundable $250.00 cleaning charge per each guestroom that is affected by smoking.
