We have a two night minimum. Value Specials offered on weekly and longer stays. Weekly stays are Friday to Friday. February, August and Holiday rentals are payable in full, in advance - NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-February, August and Holidays are refundable 30 days before reservation date, less 20%. Cancellations after check-in are non-refundable, any issues with heat etc. in the rental units will be corrected as soon as possible upon guests notifying us of any problems.
