As experienced Innkeepers we have found the following policy to be the most fair for all concerned: Our cancellation policy is if you cancel with less than 14 days notice, 50% of the stay is charged to your credit card but will be applied towards another stay within a year. The daily rate will be charged for all departures before the final date of a guaranteed reservation. Please understand, we are a seven room in and we never over- book (as larger hotels might)- any cancellation affects our small country inn and the services we provide.
