General Information - No smoking anywhere inside the Hacienda. Smoking in designated outdoor areas only. - We love animals of all kinds, but we don't accept pets or party animals. - Well-behaved children over 10 with good parents are always welcome. Reservation/Deposit/Cancellation Policy - All reservations must be secured by a 50% deposit of your entire stay. • Personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card accepted no later than 1 week after reservation is made. - Your reservation is guaranteed immediately by using your credit card of choice and a confirmation notice, brochure and directions & map will be mailed to you. - Those reserving by check will be mailed a confirmation notice upon our receipt of your check. If deposit check is not received within 7 days of booking, room(s) will be returned to our available booking list and will no longer be guaranteed. - The balance of your stay is due upon check out. - Guests are responsible for all reserved dates regardless of late arrival or early departure including weather related delays or cancellations. - Please check all dates, number of rooms reserved, room name, etc. for accuracy when you receive the confirmation notice via mail or fax. - In the event of cancellation, we will refund your deposit less a 10% processing fee of entire stay if reservation is canceled more than 14 days and less than 30 days before your stay. - Cancellations between 14 days and 8 days of your stay will result in forfeiture of full deposit unless room is booked to others within 7 days of the canceled booking for the same number of days. - All cancellations less than 7 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of full deposit. For cancellations under (7) seven days from your stay, we grant a "deposit voucher" in the full amount of your deposit which can be used within (1) one year of the date of the canceled reservation. Voucher is limited to person(s) making original reservation with verifiable and legitimate reasons for the cancellation. - Weather related events or delays in arrival are not included in voucher offer. Certain date and room restrictions apply based on room availability and original reservation circumstances. - By submitting a reservation request, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the cancellation policy in full. - Use of fireplace in Pajarito is limited to October 15 - April 30. Exceptions made for unseasonably cold weather only. - Under New Mexico Law, we are not allowed to serve alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own, but for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, please drink responsibly and in moderation only. Disruptive behavior or visible inebriation that negatively impacts other guests or your hosts is not acceptable. High season rate applies to all holiday and special event periods occurring during low season.
