PLEASE READ! - IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION:
Minimum Nights: 4 Consecutive Nights. Nightly Rates are for Single or Double Occupancy, plus 13.41% state taxes. 1 extra guest $15 + tax per night. 3-guest maximum. Children 13 years or older.
Deposits: 1 night for stays of 6 nights or less, 25% for stays of 7 nights or more. Balance Due upon Arrival. The deposit is required for confirmation. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card accepted.
Cancellations: Deposits refunded less a $25 processing fee with notice 30 days prior to arrival. Special Holidays & Events are subject to 45 day notice of cancellation. Deposit forfeited with less than required notice. If we are able to rebook all nights reserved, the deposit will be refunded less the $25 processing fee.
Complimentary Arrival Tray. A Complimentary Welcome Tray is provided on the day of your arrival (muffins or sweet bread, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, sugar and half & half creamer.)
No Daily Breakfast: We have changed to Special Vacation Rental Lodging from a Bed & Breakfast. Some listings may still show up under a B&B heading. The rooms are not serviced daily.
No Additional Cleaning Fee. There is no check-out cleaning fee charged. We just ask that you are respectful of our property and leave it neat & tidy upon your departure. Also, a complimentary interim cleaning will be arranged for guests for long stays (9 nights or more.) Rooms are not serviced daily. Towels will be changed out every 3 days for stays of 5 nights or more, and bed linens will be changed once a week for stays of 9 nights or longer. There are also extra towels in the units.
Personal Guest Laundry: There are no onsite guest laundry facilities. However, we will reimburse guests for drop off service at Tyke's Laundromat in town. You just drop your personal laundry off and it will be washed, dried, & folded for you to pick up the following day. Provide your paid receipt to Nancy for payment. Or, if you wish to hand wash a few items, there is a drying rack and laundry soap in each unit.
If you wish to be on a wait list for dates and/or room currently not available, please feel free to send us an email or phone us with that information and we will contact you should a cancellation occur. Rates & Policies are subject to change.
Long Stay Discounts: Some long stay discounts may be available. Please inquire.
