Minimum Nights: 3 Consecutive Nights. Nightly Rates are for Single or Double Occupancy, plus 13.41% state taxes. 1 extra guest $15 + tax per night. 3-guest maximum. Children 13 years or older.
No Breakfast Discount Option: $10 off nightly rate. No Daily Breakfast. Arrival Welcome Basket provided (sweet bread, pastry, or muffins, fruit, juice, coffee & tea.)
Deposits: 1 night for stays of 6 nights or less, 25% for stays of 7 nights or more. Balance Due upon Arrival. The deposit is required for confirmation. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card accepted.
Cancellations: Deposit refunded less a $25 processing fee with notice 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit forfeited with less than 30 day notice.
Special Holidays & Events subject to 45 day notice of cancellation. (If we are able to rebook any nights, that amount will be refunded less the $25 processing fee.) If you wish to be on a wait list for dates and/or room currently not available, please feel free to send us an email or phone us with that information and we will contact you should a cancellation occur.
