General Notes
No Smoking!!! There should be NO smoke smells in house!! There should be no outside litter of any sort.
Key Pick up: Keys will be available in a lock box the day of your arrival. You will be provided with a code upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due 14 days before stay.
Cancellation Policy: We require 60 days notice for cancellations. You will be responsible to pay for all nights canceled inside the 60 days that we are unable to rebook.
Iinjuries: Owner is not liable for any injuries that occur on property including those relating to weather conditions. Use of hot tub and pool at own risk.
Pets: Pets are allowed with $25/night charge. Pets are not allowed on BEDS or FURNITURE! Damages caused by pets are the responsibility of registered guest and extra charges will be made to the credit card on file to cover these damages. This includes extra cleaning costs if there is excess dirt caused by Pet.
Damages and Cleaning: Unreasonable wear and tear and any damage to the home, furnishings, pool, hot-tub, grounds etc. are the financial responsibility of the registered guest.
Lost Keys: In the event of lost keys, re-keying the locks is the responsibility of the registered guest.
Our guest are provided with a fully furnished Kitchen, bathrooms, and cleaning supplies. In the event of malfunctioning equipment, repairs will be made as soon as possible. Amenity malfunction is not grounds for refund or discount.
Registered guest must be 21 years of age or older.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity will result in full forfeiture of rent, and removal from the home.
