General Notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations 7days or less prior to your arrival 100% of the lodging cost will be forfeited.

Due to winter weather & road conditions we recommend to be prepared with 4-wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Colorado has a traction law: An active Traction Law requires motorists to have either snow tires, tires with the mud/snow (M+S) designation, or a four-wheel/all-wheel-drive vehicle. All tires must now have a minimum of three-sixteenths inch tread. Welcome to our community. The health and safety of our community is our top focus. We know you love Garfield/Monarch, Buena Vista, Salida, and Poncha Springs, and we do too. We are glad you are here. We need to ask for your help to keep our community healthy so that we may continue to serve you. When in public, please remember: maintain 6 feet between you and others, cover your face, please wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds, be patient and courteous. Guests must cancel their stay if they are sick or have been in close contact with someone who is sick with COVID-19 symptoms in the 14 days before their stay.

No Smoking, No Visitors, No Pets - thank you! $250 fine.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per condo.
Free local & long distance calls (cell phone service is very spotty), and limited wireless internet
Housekeeping is the responsibility of our guests. A $350 cleaning/damage deposit will be collected for groups. - Please respect the noise level for all guests to enjoy their visit. - The facilities are for the guests of the condos only. Sorry, no visitors - Hot tub: Open 8am - 10pm. No food or glass in the gazebo, shower before entering. - Kitchen: Wash dishes and wipe down the counters, table & sink - Bed Sheets: Remove all used bed sheets & place in laundry room - Towels: Place all used towels in the laundry room - Please start a load of towels when you leave - Trash: Remove all trash & place in the bear proof trash bin next to the gazebo - Floors: Sweep the kitchen, entry way, laundry room, & bathroom - Windows: Crack open all windows 3 inches when you check-out - Thermostats: Place all thermostats at 55 - Keys: Leave keys on the hall tree hooks & press the lock key

Rates are based on 4 occupants per unit. Additional occupancy is $15 per person up to a maximum of six per unit including children. Rates subject to sales/lodging tax of 7.55% and a $50 cleaning fee.
