The lower price listed is for weekdays; the higher price for holidays and weekends. All reservations are subject to Massachusetts and local occupancy tax. All units are strictly non smoking except standard motel units 4 and 5 which are smoking permitted. Please provide your e-mail address to receive confirmation. Two (2) night minimum on all Holiday Weekends and weekends during Summer months (July/August). All room prices are for two (2) people. Some rooms accommodate more than 2 (two) people. Management reserves the right to limit the occupancy of each room and to charge a fee of $25 for each additional person. Deposits are required as follows: 3 nights or less, full payment; 4 nights or more, half of the amount due. If rooms are canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for any nights that have not been re-rented.There is a 25.00 handling fee charged to any and all cancellations, including partial, at any time.
