Full Stringer RV and Rentals Park Rules

Payment may be made by credit card or debit card. Reservations are made through our on-line system FullStringerRVPark.com.

If paying by credit card, pre-paid payment is hereby being charged to Customers credit card for the rental amount plus deposit represented by the initial payment.  The balance due or any other charges as a result of this Agreement, if any are due and payable on or before the last day of the Rental Period.

RV’s:  No RV any older than 10 years.  Photo can be sent for prior approval if desired for any RV older than 10 years.

Fees:  You will be charged automatically by the office for any fees due via your credit card or debit card.

Deposit:  Customer has submitted a security deposit in the amount of $150.00 for monthly stays. The deposit is fully refundable pending no damages or unpaid charges.

Utilities:  Water is included in the rent.

Electric:  The daily and weekly rates include electric.  Monthly rates DO NOT include electricity.  Electric usage will be due for monthly rates at the end of each month.  All other rates are charged monthly and payment will be charged to your credit card automatically.  If the charge does not go through, then the electric boxes will be locked.

Use:  The site shall not be used for commercial purposes or for any unlawful purpose and will be kept in good condition by the customer.  Customer shall have sole responsibility for their own personal property by customer.  Customer shall not do or permit to be done any act which creates or may create a hazard, nuisance or an environmental concern in connection with Customer use on site.

Speed Limit:  5 MPH within all park property.  Please be aware of children and pets.

Trash:  Please place your trash in your designated dumpster.  Do not leave trash outside the can outside so that animals cannot scatter the trash.

Swimming:  The pool area is open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.  Pool rules are posted and strictly enforced.  No lifeguard is on duty.  Food and glass containers are not allowed inside the gated areas.  No climbing or sitting on the waterfall area.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Bathing suits only (no shorts or cut-offs).  Toddlers & infants must wear swim diapers under their swim suit. Only customers are allowed to swim.  No guests are allowed.

Fishing:  The pond is catch and release.  No swimming is allowed in the pond.

Behavior:  Intoxication, profanity, vandalism and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

Non-Motorized Vehicles:(Razors, golf carts, scooters, skateboards, skates/blades, bicycles, etc.) are prohibited on park roadways.

Laundry:  Laundry facilities are onsite for guest convenience.  Please understand there are laundry/public bathroom hours posted.

Smoking:  All buildings & the pool area are non-smoking.  Please dispose of cigarette butt’s property.

Sewer & Septic:  Texas law requires the use of sewer rings, see management for details.  Help us remain environmentally conscientious and flush only bodily fluids & toilet paper.

Site:  There is a limit of one family per trailer.  A family consists of 2 adults with 2 children with a total of 4 people in one trailer.  Only 2 vehicles per site. Do not park on the grass or unauthorized areas.  If this rule is not followed, we can and will charge $10 extra per day per person or ask you to leave the premises.  For your safety, there is absolutely no digging, drilling, use of augers or driving stakes of any kind anywhere on the property. No decking or portable buildings allowed on property.

Noise:  Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.  No loud music at any time.  If you do not obey the park rules, you will not be able to stay!  No refund of any kind will be provided.

Parents:  You are responsible for the actions, conduct, safety and whereabouts of your children at all times.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may not be left unattended anywhere in the park.

Pets:  Please maintain control of your pets.  The limit is only 1 pets per spot rental. Pets must be on a leash at all times outside of the RV.   Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.  Do not   leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the office or laundry room.   Service Animals must be cleared through the office prior to allowing a service animal on the premises. Cats are inside pets only.  If outside, they must be on leash with the owner at all times per Texas Law.  These rules are for health reasons as well as the respect for others.  No aggressive breed dogs are allowed in the park.  Dog breed and number of dogs must be shared at time of registration.

Fires:  No fireworks allowed.  No open flame wood fire except the designated areas by the park. Small BBQ pits allowed but you must let coals cool, and then put in a trash bag ties and into the dumpster. Do Not dump coals on the property.

Hunting:  No hunting allowed.  No guns bow and arrows, spears, blow darts, knives, etc shall be used to kill anything on our premises.

Drugs:  Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the Property.  Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund.  Alcohol beverages being supplied to a minor (under the age of 21) will be reported.

Liability:  All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at their own risk and consent.  The park management is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstance. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.

STANDARD RV PARK RULES

1. Rent and payment for electricity are due and payable as per the terms of the site rental agreement. You will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus $10.00 per day past the due date if the total amount is not received in the office by the due date (NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS).
2. Returned checks -in addition to a $15.00 handling fee, the late fee described in #I will be charged until full payment is received in cash, cashiers check or money order. Future rent payments after an N.S.F. payment shall be in the form of CASH ONLY.
3. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
4. The number of persons occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed two (2) adults. A penalty of $I00.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated. Additionally, the appropriate fee for the number of additional persons will be charged and computed from the Effective Date of your site rental agreement.
5. The space you are renting is neat, clean and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon termination or expiration of your site rental agreement in the same condition provided. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park.
6. Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated.
7. Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.
8. No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
9. The possession, sale or man􀇔facture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited; The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.
10. The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited
11. Speed limit is 5 MPH.
12. No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces.
13. No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises.
14. PETS (dogs & cats) must be on a leash at all times. A shovel is as necessary as a leash. CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
15. Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited.
16. Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts.
17. Campfires in grills only.
18. Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on premises unless you obtain a Wash Permit from the office.
19. We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them and report any problem immediately.
20. Do not let water run unnecessarily.
21. Clotheslines are PROHlBITED.
22. A sewer hose "donut" or "L" connector is required.
23. Car pass MUST be displayed at all times. Do NOT give your gate entry card to anyone to use to access the park.
24. TRASH is picked up daily at 10:00 AM. Do NOT leave trash out overnight as dogs and cats get into it.

RULES FOR EXTENDED STAY GUESTS - Extended Stay Only Available During Off Season - 11/1 - 2/28

1. Site Fees and any other payments (i.e. utilities) are due and payable each month per the site services agreement. You wilI be charged a daily late fee of $10.00 for each past due day -NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS.
2. Returned checks -A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Cash, cashier's check or money order will be immediately required to recover the returned check and personal check will not be accepted for any future payments.
3. The park speed limit is 5 MPH.
4. You may park in designated areas only.
5. No vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises.
6. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Cleaning up after your pet is YOUR responsibility.
7. Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited.
8. Your site must be kept litter free -including cigarette butts.
9. No campfires allowed -grills are permissible.
10. Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on these premises.
11. Damage caused by you, your family or guests is YOUR responsibility.
12. Please help us keep our restrooms and showers neat and clean. Report any problems immediately.
13. We are on a water conservation program -year around - do not waste water.
14. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If we have to call the authorities one time for a disturbance at your site you will be required to leave.
15. Clotheslines are not permitted.
16. A sewer hose "donut" or "L" connector is required.
17. Dispose of your trash daily. Do not leave trash outside your unit overnight.
18. All vehicles coming to your unit must register with the office -no exceptions
19. Do not let items accumulate under or around your unit.
20. You may NOT assign or sublet your site. You are being provided services under a site services agreement. You are NOT under a landlord/ tenant arrangement-THEFT OF SERVICES APPLIES.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMlNATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

These rules are for health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all.

Full Stringer Cottage and RV Park will not be responsible for accident, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft, wind or acts of God.  No security is provided on site.  It is up to you too lock your vehicle, boat, RV, hunting equipment, work equipment and keep other personal property secured. 

Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person or person who break or disregard any rules without refund.  Management reserves the right to refuse anyone.  Management reserves the right to make changes to the agreement, rules, regulations and fees when necessary.
