General Notes
Cancellation Policy--
 One night's stay is charged to credit card. If reservation is cancelled within two weeks of scheduled stay, the deposit is refunded if the vacancy is filled. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged.
Commencement Weekend Policy: The full amount is charged in January of the Graduation Year. No refund is given, unless the vacancy is filled. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any cancellations.

Room Rates--
 Rooms #2 and #3 [Shared Bath]: $119.00(weekday), $139.00(weekend).
Room #1 [Private Bath]: $139.0(weekday), $169.00(weekend).
5 or More Nights: $99.00 per night, excluding the following dates: May 17-19 & 24-26. June 6-9.
July, 18-21.
Event Weekends: $169.00 per night. See above dates for Event Weekends.
