GENERAL POLICY INFORMATION
- Weekly summer rentals are structured for on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis - property specific.
- Check-In time is 3:00 P.M. on the arrival day.
- Check-Out time is 9:00 A.M. of the departure day. LATE departure fee will apply.
- Guests need to bring their own bath/beach towels. (ALL bed linens are provided.)
Half of the rent is due at the time of making your reservation to secure dates.
FULL PAYMENT OF RENT
Balance of rental payment PLUS a security deposit (amount varies depending on property) is due by June 15 for summer rentals unless otherwise specified and discussed.
A cancellation may be made by telephone only.
- If the cancellation is made and we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the reservation deposit minus a $500 cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made and we are unable to re-rent the property, the full reservation deposit will be forfeited.
HELPFUL GUEST INFORMATION
Summary of what we provide at property: Bed linens, kitchen towels, fully-equipped kitchen. We will have a “starter kit” available for your stay, including minimally 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, small quantity of dish and laundry soap, and 1 trash bag.
Summary of items that maybe helpful for you to include: Personal bath and beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, aluminum foil/baggies, bath soap, and staple items/condiments.
