General Notes
Old School on the Hill B & B Policies
1. Check-In Time is between: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you will not be arriving during these hours, please let us know your planned time of arrival. If your arrival time changes from what you have indicated, please let us know immediately.

2. Check-Out Time is: 11 a.m.

3. We are a NON SMOKING facility - A $ 200.00 fee will be charged to your credit card for violating our smoking policy. However, smoking is permitted on the grounds.

4. All reservations require a $ 25.00 non-refundable credit card deposit.

5. We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. We also accept personal checks, or cash. A $50.00 return check fee will apply on all returned checks.

6. A full refund will be made for a cancellation received 14 days prior to the reservation date. If cancellation occurs with-in 7 days, 50 % of the full amount will be charged to your account. Cancellations the day of Check-In may be charged the full amount due. Your deposit will not be refunded.
