Additional charges to the base rate (two people/one bed) are:
- 11.1% WA sales tax,
-$200 refundable cleaning/security deposit,
-$75 cleaning fee

Discounted weekly (any seven nights) rate is 10% off the base daily rent. The reservation software does not calculate weekly rate, but the emailed invoice will show the discount. This discount is not available Dec 21-Jan 5.

Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by their parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.

RESERVATION: To make a reservation, please read the Rental Agreement then click "make a reservation" and fill out the secure reservation request form. You will be contacted via email acknowledging receipt of your request and a direct-pay invoice.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made more than 30 days before scheduled arrival receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the rent for the nights that are rebooked at the same rate, plus the full security deposit, cleaning fee and any add-ons.

RESCHEDULES: Requests to reschedule received with less than 30 days before arrival date of the original stay are treated as a cancellation. A reschedule can be made more than 30 days before original arrival date without a reschedule fee.

All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by the owner.

The security deposit is refunded within 7 days after the last day of your stay if the cabin is left clean; and there is no damage, loss, or violations of the policies/rental agreement.

December Notes

Last two weeks of December & first week of January: Each night is at the nightly holiday rate (weekly rate not available).
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are rented together; no checkout or arrival on Christmas Day unless calendar indicates otherwise.
