Ideal with larger families. Full kitchen w/ stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Living/dining area features a leather sofa and dining area for four. Breakfast/bar area in the kitchen with bar stools for three. The kitchen, living/dining area, master bedroom, second bedroom, laundry room and balcony are located on the lower level. The third bedroom and terrace are located on the upper level.

Please note that the lower and upper levels are connected by outdoor spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for small children and persons with mobility concerns.
