PAYMENT POLICY: Please Note this is a reservation system only and this system cannot process payment - Payment for your stay with us is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations can be made free of charge up til 5 days before arrival - within 5 days there is a $80.00 rebooking fee. Same day cancellations are 100% of rate for the first night of the reservation - multiple nights are then considered null and void. Visit our website www.kelownabandb.com to check all policies.

TAXES AND FEES: We are required to charge 13 % tax on all rooms - there are no other additional fees.
April Notes
SPRING into SUMMER SPECIAL Reservations for 2 consecutive nights or more in April and May only, are discounted $10.00 per night- single or double occupancy
