ROOMS AT THE LODGE - DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations require a one night deposit for non-peak/non-holiday periods. A 3 night minimum and 3 night deposit is required for holiday/peak periods including US and Canadian holidays. Ironman Weekend (July 25-29) requires a 4 night minimum requirement and 4 night deposit. Reservations of 14 nights or more require a 50% deposit.

Full payment for your online reservation will be charged to your card at the time of booking. You may cancel at any time for a $20 fee if you cancel 8 days or more prior to arrival (14 days for holiday/peak periods). For non-peak/non-holiday periods, if you cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival you will forfeit 1 night. For peak/holiday periods, if you cancel 14 days or less you will forfeit 3 nights. Reservations which fall over the July 25-29 weekend can be cancelled for a $100 fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior. No refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior.

We cannot refund any money for any reservations due to inclement weather, early departures, or cancellations due to family emergencies or other personal situations.

Maximum capacities apply for each room. Please do not bring more people than what you have reserved without advising us first.

PET POLICY
No pets allowed in Deluxe Rooms. Standard Rooms allow one dog for an additional fee of $20 per night. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet before you do so. Due our insurance carrier regulations, we do not allow Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or mixes of these breeds. Please do not leave your dog in your room unattended. Proof of license and rabies certificate is required if traveling with your dog.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Please check-in at our office which is located at North Pole General Store, 5644 NYS Route 86, Wilmington, NY 12997. Please advise if you will be arriving later than 9pm.
