NOTICE OF REPAIR WORK:
Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed.
Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 21st
The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather).
From 10/13–11/3, balconies on the east side will be pressure washed, prepped, and painted (walls & ceilings only, floors will not be painted).
• Balconies cannot be used during washing, prep, or painting, and must remain closed for 8 hours after painting is complete.
• A discount will be applied for any day your balcony is unavailable.
From 11/3–11/21, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay.
The pool and beach remain open, and walkways will not be affected.
