If you would like a specific home but you will use less bedrooms, the rate is for the entire home.
Example, you would like Pines but need only 1 bedroom, at the time of reservation, your rate is for the whole home $225/night.
If you would like the rate of 1 bedroom $135, you will be placed in an available home with the least number of bedrooms. Example, you want 1 bedroom and Cherry is open - you would be in Cherry before Pines or Spruces paying for 1 bedroom.

Juniper is located about 25 feet from water’s edge. Corner fireplace with TV above. 9’ sliding door facing toward Pine Cone’s bay - 5 picture windows line the living room and kitchen (floor to ceiling) giving an incredible view towards the lake to the east. Kitchen has a vaulted ceiling. There is a loft with views through windows in the peak.
Hickory Bedrooms sleeps 13. #1: 1 king, 1 twin, 2 sets of bunk beds.
#2: 1 king, 1 twin. #3: 1 queen, 1 twin
Willow Bedrooms sleeps 6. Open in the Summer/Fall. #1: 1 queen, 1 twin. #2: 1 king, 1 twin. Pull-out couch in living area
Birch is located at the very east end of the resort. This studio home is located about 3 feet from water’s edge. Corner fireplace with TV above. Lots of windows. There is a loft above the queen bed with a twin bed.
