PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Discounts: Discounts will not be reflected at the time of booking. They will be applied before your card is charged. 1. Reservation Requirements By entering your credit card information, you are giving consent to be charged according to the terms of your reservation and arrival date. You also agree to the terms outlined in the rental agreement and cancellation policy. *Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. *For all other bookings, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. *If you wish to use a different credit card for the final payment, it is your responsibility to call and provide the new card details at least 30 days before arrival. *If no alternate card is provided, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. 2. Cancellations *Cancellations made 90 days or more before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, minus credit card processing fees (3.5%). *Cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of all funds collected. *If we are able to re-rent the property for the same or greater number of nights, you may reschedule one time within 12 months of the original arrival date. Important: Reservations are not guaranteed until a signed rental lease agreement has been completed and returned to the agent.
