Reservation Policies
Daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a chef-prepared breakfast. This is not a bill, just a synopsis of all costs for your stay and will not be charged right away except premium season bookings which are all bookings from May 15 to September 15. You will not be billed for any Restaurant reservations for Afternoon Tea or Dinner until the end of your meals in our restaurant. We do this to avoid having to refund payments if something comes up and you cannot make your restaurant reservation that day.
Afternoon tea is served on Thursday and Saturday at 1pm or 230 pm by reservations only for $45 per person. The tea is served in courses, Soup, Savory Bites, Freshly Baked Scones and Desserts
Dinners are served on Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 530pm or 730pm by reservation with prices ranging from $75 and up with additional prices for premium add on menu items. The dinner is served in slow courses, Soup, Appetizer, Salad, Main Course, and Dessert as an all-inclusive event.
For larger parties, such as weddings, anniversary parties, celebration of life events, baby showers, or other catering needs please contact us for more information. Discounts are available for multiple room bookings in the off season for groups.
Credit card information is required to secure your reservation. For all premium season bookings which are all bookings from May 15 to September 15, a 100% deposit is required at reservation. A $100 deposit fee will be billed for all other reservations. We reserve the right to process the remainder of the price on your credit card once the required twenty-eight-day notice of cancellation has passed.
A twenty-eight-day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. The deposit fee will be returned if canceled prior to the twenty-eight-day minimum. Should it not be possible to give twenty-eight days’ notice of cancellation, any refund will be based on our ability to re-rent the room. In addition, any premium season booking that needs to be cancelled due to emergency, will be refunded upon our ability to re-rent the room. If we are unable to re-rent the room, we will work with you to find days when you can visit in the future.
For all bookings within a week of pony penning day, there are no refunds for cancellations. Please only make reservation if you are sure you will be able to attend. We will only return your money if we can rebook the room but due to so many booking in advance on the island, this is difficult in 28-day time frame. We will always work with you to provide a future stay if an emergency does occur.
We regret that we are unable to give any refund in case of an early departure.
Additional person above double occupancy in room is $25 for children and $50 for adults.
Check in times: 2 pm to 7pm (if the room is ready, you may have it earlier). For any arrival after 7pm, a $25 service charge will be added to the final bill. Early check ins may be available upon room availability.
Check out time: 11 am - late check outs are available upon request.
Children with well-behaved parents are welcome.
The Inn is pet friendly. We charge a nightly pet fee of $25.00. We will provide a pet blanket that we ask for you to have your pet use in the room.
Please observe our No Smoking Policy anywhere on our property. Smoking is only allowed in public areas
We regret that we are not responsible for any items that are left behind when you check out of your room. Please be sure to check all areas for all of your belongings before departing.
