Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bookings require Saturday Check-in / Saturday Check-out dates. From June 29th to August 24th. Reservations from May to June 28th and August 24 to closing have a minimum of 3 days . You may check with us if shorter stays are available for a surcharge in May to June 28th and Aug 24th to closing.

Deposit Policy: After Reservation is confirmed a deposit of half of the total amount of your stay is required. Then the remainder must be received 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $250 will apply to all cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 month advance notice will result in loss of deposit.

All units are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
