Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
A minimum 50% deposit of the total amount is required to make a reservation. We will charge the full amount if your are checking in within 14 days of the reservation date, or are only staying one-night. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover are accepted.
Checks are not accepted.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be sent by email with your lodging information, key information and directions. Any balance of your reservation will be charged within 7 days of arrival. Failure of your credit card to process for the deposit or the balance will subject your reservation to cancellation and/or the loss of your deposit. Cancellation Policy: By making a reservation you agree that Backroads will charge $25 for any cancellation more than 14 days from your arrival date. Within 14 days of your arrival date, you agree that you are responsible for the first night's full rate. You are responsible for the entire booking if you have not cancelled your reservation prior to your arrival date. There is no refund for early checkout, or for extra guest fees after the check in date. If Backroads rebooks the reservation, there will only be a $25 cancellation fee. Please note, some properties have non-standard cancellation policies. Please check your property webpage to see if a non-standard policy applies.
PLEASE NOTE THIS RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY PROVIDES BASIC PRICING AND TAX INFORMATION. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR PETS, ONE NIGHT RATES, SEASONAL ADJUSTMENTS, DISCOUNTS (IF APPLICABLE) WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE CONFIRMATION AND EMAILED TO YOU AFTER PROCESSING. WE CHECK EACH RESERVATION REQUEST PRIOR TO CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD TO INSURE THEY ARE CORRECT. EXTRA GUEST FEES APPLY TO ALL GUEST THREE YEARS AND OLDER.
