Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% of your proposed stay is required 30 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is less than 30 days from your reservation date, 100% of your proposed stay is due. To cancel your reservation a 30 day notice is required to refund your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $35. With less than 30 days, all amounts paid will be refunded if the cottage is re-booked, less the cancellation fee.
