Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies


STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations taken up to 20 days prior to arrival will be removed with a $20.00 per room administrative fee. Cancellations taken within 20 days of arrival will incur a $75.00 per room fee. No shows will be charged full room rate. 👌👌**Covid Corona Virus cancellation policy for the Summer and Fall of 2020: No fees with 24 hours or more notice. One night stay after that.

WEDDING GUESTS: Please tell us which wedding you are attending. (Bride or Groom name)
NOTE: If there is a "block" of rooms on hold for Wedding Guests, your reservation will only be confirmed if the Bride/Groom name is provided. If your event or room block has a special rate, your confirmation will be adjusted to reflect the special rate.


All reservations for September 23 & 24 must be part of the KDR Middlebury group! No rooms available for non-KDR reservations. Sorry for the inconvenience.

MIDDLEBURY COMMENCEMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: A $75.00 cancellation fee, per room, will be incurred when reservation is confirmed. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice will be due by Jan. 15, 2017, by CHECK only. Credit Cards will be accepted for the balance at check-in.

A bottle of house Champagne, Prosecco or Select Wines from our wine list served with either Vermont Chocolates or Grapes and seasonal Fruit. Let us know if you would like us to have it ready in your room upon your arrival or specify a time to deliver to your room for later. Beverages come appropriately chilled and the glassware, utensils and cloth napkins are provided so all you need to do is relax and enjoy. Prices range from $50.00 and up plus tax and gratuity.

Two souvenir water bottles and a fruit basket. Brandon's top shelf tap water is best in the state and better than bottled water. we recommend two of our reusable Brandon Inn souvenir light metal water bottles instead of plastic bottles. They are available in green and silver gray. A basket of fruit can be prepared for your arrival. The fruit plus water bottle is available for $30.00 plus tax.
