Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Reservation Cancellation: You will receive all back except a $50 cancellation or change fee if the place you reserved gets rented. *No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. Final payment due on site upon arrival, "use dropbox" , sign at each place showing location of drop box. A $200 damage/cleaning deposit will be required for your cabin before arrival, this will be refunded 7 days after check out or when cabin has been verified clean and ready for next guest, if you do not receive in 7 days after your stay, inform Jeff and he, will find out why it has not been refunded. Full payment is required at time of reservation, if you wish to pay for your stay by cash or 50% by cash let me know. I will request 50% at booking, damage deposit and 7% tax. I will send you a link to my web page for payment and amount you want to pay per my web page. Once payment is made this is a binding contract between guest and Bunnylane Cabins.

There is a $10 fee per night / per pet, as pets must be counted as extra guests. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property. Please clean up after them, or you will lose your deposit.
Make sure you included your pets as guests, if you did not then you will be charged $20 per night and not the $10 or lose your damage deposit, honesty is the best policy. :) This is a "Pay it Forward " place as your home in the mountains. If you arrived and the previous guest did not leave cabin as web page shows , do take photos and send to me, I can reimburse you as needed. It might be wise to take photo when you leave, keeps the next guest honest. :)
