BOOKING: You can not book on-line for same day check in (arriving today). Please call/text me at 301/996-8910 for availability for same day check-in. We allow well behaved and supervised children 13 and older. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside. Check-in is after 4PM & checking out is by 11AM.


DEPOSITS AND BALANCES: When reserving a room your deposit is your first night's fee. Balance (if any) will be taken at check-in using the same credit card used at booking.

When reserving a date for an outdoor event your deposit is $75.00. The deposit will be credited to your event fee or a B&B gift certificate. Event full payment schedule will be in contract with full payment due two weeks prior to date of event.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel by 9PM ten full days prior - receive your deposit less $25
Cancel by 9PM three full days prior - receive half of your deposit
Cancel with less than 3 full days - full deposit forfeited
