Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

ONLINE/PHONE RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED NO MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
THIS IS A RESERVATION REQUEST. WE WILL TRY TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL
CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 24 HRS.

1 WEEK NOTICE NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS to avoid a charge to your credit card for all nights reserved (booking 2 or more units is subject to a 2 week notice).

A $25.00 nonrefundable deposit will be charged to your credit card when your reservation is confirmed and will be credited to your total rate at check-in.

We are a small inn and cancellations affect us severely. Sorry, but our policy is firm regardless of the reason for cancellation, interrupted stay or early departure. We cannot be responsible for unused rooms due to late or canceled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps or for changes in plans which shorten your stay. Vacation Insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events.

We do not allow booking of the entire property by a single party.

We will try and send you an email confirming your reservation within 24 hours. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM Folder before calling us.

ADULTS ONLY, NO PETS or emotional service animals. If you arrive with CHILDREN OR PETS you will not be allowed to check in and will be responsible to pay for all costs related to nights reserved.

Inn Room/Yurt Massage
IF BOOKING THE CARDINAL SUITE OR A YURT we can arrange for a massage subject to availability of massage therapist. Would you like more information on how to book, etc? Arrangements & payment are between you and Dahlonegawellness.com. Current price is $80.00 for one hour massage.

ADULTS ONLY(18 & Older)- No Exceptions. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, If you arrive with children or pets you will not be allowed to check in and will pay for nights reserved.

We Do Not Accept BedandBreakfast.com Gift Certificates.

There is a two night minimum during certain festivals, holidays and Fall Season(please contact us for details).

Please provide an ACCURATE TIME FOR ARRIVAL so that we can plan for your arrival as well as our personal dinner time. If you realize you will not arrive when you first expected please call us and let us know of your revised arrival time. We greatly appreciate your courtesy regarding this matter.
