Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
A credit card is required to submit this availability request. It is not a reservation until we contact you and confirm the reservation. Your credit card is a guarantee only, charges will not be applied until your arrival.
Rates are based on double occupancy, additional persons in rooms/cabins that will accommodate more than two people are an additional $25 per person, per night, for adults and children older than 12 months old, children 12 months and younger are free.
Sales & Lodging tax of 11.5% will be added to all quoted room rates at check-in.
The fine print... Reservations may be cancelled no later than 14 days (04/1 - 10/31) and 30 days (11/1 - 03/31) prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after these dates, will require that you are responsible for the entire reservation in the event that we are unable to re-book it. If we are able to re-book the reservation, we do have a 20% re-book fee to cover our expenses. Weekends and Special Events require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay , holidays & Rhythm and Blues Festival weekend require a 3 night minimum stay, a 30 day cancellation period may also be required for holidays , Rhythm & Blues Festival weekend & special events. Early departures and late arrivals on minimum night stays will require a 50% re-book fee. The Chewuch Inn is a non smoking, no pet facility. This is a secure form.
