Reservation Policies
From June 15 to August 26 we usually only accept full week bookings, with a Saturday check-in / Saturday Check-out Required. Inquiries for less than 7 days will be considered at the very last minute.
Cancellation/Deposits : A refundable security deposit of $400 is required. 50% payment of the full amount is required to confirm any reservation. The balance is due 90 days before your arrival. All reservation payments are non-refundable --- unless we are able re-rent the house, in which case we will refund the rent, less a 10% service fee.
Pets are never allowed in Eureka!. Pets allowed at Epiphany only with owners' approval and a $150 per pet fee.
Bed-Linens are included in the rental price at Eureka! and Epiphany. This includes sheets and pillow-cases only. Please bring all towels.
12.3% hospitality tax (5.3% State, 2% County of Accomack, 5% Town of Chincoteague) is collected for all reservations.
Cleaning is included.
Check in is after 4PM on day of arrival (if arriving after dark - bring a flashlight!). Check out is before 10AM on day of departure. We ask that you respect our dedicated cleaning crew and our next guests by being out of the house before 10AM.
We ask that all trash be taken to the solid waste center (just down the road, on the way to anywhere). Closed on Tuesdays. Both Houses are no-smoking, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
During the off-season, if we have a vacancy immediately before or after your stay, we will let you know if you can either arrive early or stay late. Usually a few days before your arrival.
