Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
Length of stay: Most guests stay with us at least two nights. Occasionally we can work a one-night stay into our schedule – please inquire by phone, 715-372-4299.
There are times during the year in which we require a longer stay in order to reserve a cabin, such as during late November, Christmas/New Years, and summer months.
Persons per cabin: The listed rate accommodates two guests per bedroom. There is a charge per night or per week for each additional guest – 2 max per cabin. When calculating the persons per cabin, all persons are counted, including infants and young children. In the quest to provide a good experience for all persons in your group, we urge you to respect the two guests per bedroom rating. You are creating lifetime memories on this vacation.
Pets: Four-legged family members are welcome. There is a one-time per visit charge if you bring your pet.
Deposit: Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of 50%. When the reservation is made well in advance of arrival, we prefer a personal check or money order to confirm the reservation. We take VISA and Mastercard also.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full if we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time at the same price. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a minimum charge of $25. If we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time at the same price, the balance of your deposit will be refunded (less the service charge). Last minute cancellations usually result in the guest losing the entire deposit and being held responsible for the balance of the reservation. Conversely, given advanced notice of at least 45 days, we are almost always able to refund 100% of the deposit.
