Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is required by 11:00 am.
The maximum allowable occupancy of a suite room is 2-4 guests only, depending on how many adults you booked, including the name on the reservation (guests will be counted whether they will stay or not). The extra person charge is $25 per night. You need to register their names upon arrival; registered names are not allowed to be changed. All registered hotel guests must present a valid, state-issued, Photo ID or Passport. Unregistered guests are not permitted inside the building.
The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be the one checking in upon arrival.
If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel.
*Request for early check-in may be subject to room availability upon arrival and additional charge. In the event that you arrive early, you may store your bags at the front desk until your room is ready.
A major credit card is required at check-in for a $150 deposit for incidentals (cash is not accepted for incidentals).
A 3.25% credit/debit card service fee accounts for the processing fees for the credit/ debit card per transaction. The hotel does not keep any service fees.
The Eldon Luxury Suites is a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE hotel and NO PARTIES are allowed.
Our property only has non-smoking suite rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.
Large gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of a suite room are strictly prohibited and should management find evidence of a party, or smoking, there is an additional fee of up to $350 for excessive clean-up, disturbance to other guests, and other damages.
One night deposit for room and tax including a 3.25% credit/debit card service fee per transaction is required for all bookings. A form of Guarantee is required.
The remaining balance (only if you booked for more than one night) will be collected upon arrival unless you decide to pay it in advance.
Cancellation Policy :
Canceling a reservation must be done in advance by 9:00 pm 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid any additional penalties. No SAME-DAY Cancellation. Uncanceled reservations will incur an automatic 1-night room and tax charge.
