Every reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible. We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, a $50 fee will be assessed.
If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, then you are financially responsible for your full reservation total.
If you reschedule your stay at the time of cancellation, the $50 fee will be assessed but applied toward your rescheduled stay.

Our basic premise is, upon making a reservation, you will be staying in our home, and we often turn down other requests for your room. We count on your arrival and payment just as much as you count on the room being available when you arrive!
