Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small Bed & Breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. Cancellations require 14 days notice prior to the arrival date, except for the month of December, holiday and festival weekends which require a 30 day notice prior to arrival date. No refunds will be made for cancellations with notice of less than 14/30 days.

Deposits: To guarantee your suite, a deposit equal to your first night’s stay will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at the time you book your reservation. If your reservation is more than 45 days from reservation date, the first night deposit will be processed 30 days from your arrival date.
