Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
At Vita Huset Extended-Stay, we will charge you 25% of your total stay to reserve your apartment with the balance being collected upon your arrival. You may cancel this reservation up to 14 days before your stay (between July 15 and August 15, however, you must cancel 30 days before your arrival date), with a $25 processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days (30 days between July 15 and August 15) of your scheduled stay, there is no refund unless we are able to book the room to someone else.
If you wish to pay with cash, you may send a check for the amount of the first night’s stay. If you cancel up to 14 days of your scheduled stay, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days, there is no refund unless we are able to book the room to someone else.
CHECK-IN IS BY APPOINTMENT, normally between 4-8 p.m. We will be waiting for you ONLY at the time you specify on the form below because we do not have a 24-hour front desk like motels. If you don't arrive (and don't call/email to change your check-in time) when you have told us to expect you, your reservation/deposit could potentially be forfeited. We are sorry but WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHECK-INS/RESERVATIONS LATER THAN 8 p.m. because it is too disruptive to the other guests. Early check-ins might be possible, at no extra charge, if the room is ready. Check out at 11 a.m.
