Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Our standard cancellation policies apply: cabins, boat rentals, and RV sites must be canceled at least 14 days before arrival. Groups and reunions must be canceled 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations are NOT eligible for refund of the $25 reservation fee.

Full charges will be incurred on cancellations made inside the above stated deadlines. We will attempt to re-rent the cabin for you to reduce your charges, but any nights not filled will be your responsibility.

Some of our cabins have age restrictions and ALL children, even infants, count toward the maximum occupancy on all reservations, including RV sites and boat rentals.

We look forward to meeting you. By submitting this form you hereby agree to all resort policies found on our Policies Page and authorize charges to the above listed credit card, including an immediate $25 reservation fee, plus applicable damage and cancellation charges. Please be aware that we authorize all card numbers you provide. An authorization places a hold on your ability to use those funds. You also understand that this is NOT a CONFIRMED RESERVATION until you receive an email confirmation from office@arrowheadatlakewhitney.com with bold red lettering at the beginning. Your first email will simply be an auto-response from the reservation system. You should receive a second email which is your confirmation. If you do not receive two emails It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your reservation was received and accepted.
