Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY FOR RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE:
Reservations made using our online form must adhere to our 7 night, Saturday - Saturday check in policy. Online reservations received without a Saturday/Saturday check-in/check-out will not be accepted. If you wish to reserve for less than 7 nights please call us at: (800) 777-7235
IMPORTANT NOTES: After we receive your online reservation request we will contact you with the final total of your stay and required deposit amount. We will not charge your credit card, if provided in this form, without your approval of the rate/deposit amount. If paying by check, this can be mailed to the address we will provide to you with our rate/deposit confirmation.
COVID PROCEDURE CHANGE: Due to Covid warm blankets/comforters have been removed. Please bring your own blankets as needed. Fresh linens are changed with each guest.
Minimum Night Stay Requirement: Traditionally cabins are rented Saturday-Saturday.
If availability allows, we are more flexible with this policy for last minute reservations;
within 2 weeks prior of your desired check-in date
Check in-Check out: check in 3pm - check out 8 am (early arrival by request only)
Cancellations: Before January 1, deposit is refundable. After January 1, deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits: Must be made within 7 days of booking your reservation.
Payment: Due upon arrival for lodging, boats and motors

All rates reflect a 3.5% discount for cash or check payment. Use of credit card will result in an added 3.5% convenience fee.
Smoking: is not allowed in the cabins, or lodge. Smoking is limited to outside only. Thank you
Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets at island View. Contact us for information about local kennels. Thank you
