Reservation Policies

50% of your total stay is required to book a reservation. We honor VS, MC, DS, and AX.

We have a 14 days in advance cancellation policy. There is no charge to move dates, but to cancel outright, we refund the deposit amount less a $25.00 booking fee. Inside the fourteen day window, no refunds are made.

Although The Little Ponderosa has enjoyed hosting many children in the past, we have changed our policy to "no children under twelve" due to some past problems that were very expensive to fix. All parents know what that means!

Accommodation Choice *

We require three-night minimum stay on major holiddays that fall on a weekend.
