Deposit Policies: We require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellation Policies: You have two weeks prior to your stay to cancel for a full refund, anything after two weeks we will refund 50 percent, the day of and the day before we do not refund. Booking Policies: Holiday weekends we require a two night minimum for all rooms. Our Grand Villa as well as our Bunk House require a two night minimum any time booked. We do not have someone in check in 24/7 our hours are 8am to 10PM Sunday- Wednesday and 8am to 11: pm Thursday - Saturday May-Sept 8am -9pm 7 days a week unless special arrangements are made. Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of Check in. The entire hotel is non-smoking of anything. Rooms that have been smoked in, or smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00. Only registered hotel guests may access the pool and amenities. A guest fee will apply for non-registered guests. All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all rights reserved. We have a no tolerance Pet Policy. Pets are not permitted on property. You understand that you will be asked to check out immediately. and a $250.00 charge will be charged to folio Please list all guests that will be staying in the room. We will not issue a key unless they are listed on the reservation system. By purchasing reservations you are agreeing to all of the above and authorize payment to reservation credit card.
