Reservation Policies
VIRUS Update! Please do not book if you are not sure. No last minute cancellations refunds will be issued. The front desk is will be open at this time from 9-5 daily during this pandemic.
Deposit Policies: We require FULL payment at the time of booking.
Booking Policies: Holiday weekends we require a two night minimum for all rooms. Our Grand Villa as well as our Bunk House require a two night minimum any time booked.
We do not have someone in check in 24/7 our hours are 9am to 5P
Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of Check in.
The entire hotel is non-smoking of anything. Rooms that have been smoked in, or smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00.
Only registered hotel guests may access the pool and amenities. A guest fee will apply for non-registered guests. All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all rights reserved.
We have a no tolerance Pet Policy. Pets are not permitted on property except Service animals as described under title II and III of ADA. Emotional support and comfort animals are not included. You understand that you will be asked to check out immediately. and a $250.00 charge will be charged to folio.
Please list all guests that will be staying in the room. We will not issue a key unless they are listed on the reservation system.
