A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you containing details of your booking as well as a link to our online payment system in order for you to make the deposit. Please call or text us at 720-415-0826 or email us at lakeviewproperty@gmail.com if you do not receive this information within a few hours. If you are reserving the pontoon boat or kayaks please be sure let us know if you want a full or half day and if a half day if you want the morning or afternoon. There is a place to do this in the booking form. Your deposit is non-refundable after 30 days prior to your reservation and you are responsible for the reservation unless we are notified. If you leave early or cancel your reservations - your deposit is forfeited. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, if this should occur and we can fill your reservation dates you will receive back your deposit less 10%.
