Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

A nonrefundable deposit of one night rental plus tax is required to confirm a reservation. The rental balance will be due at check-in. All reservations will have an amenity fee that varies with the seasons and length of stay. Responsible party renting unit must be 25 years old. We regret that we do not offer 24 hour check-in. CALL 573-348-5506 prior to 5:00 pm for LATE ARRIVAL. No check-ins after 10:00 pm.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND USE OF FACILITIES for a two-bedroom unit is six persons, and for a one bedroom unit is four persons. Children, Infants, and GUESTS are included in the maximum occupancy and use of the facilities. All owners and guests must be registered with the Resort Office. A $100 FINE will be assessed if extra guests are discovered at any time using the facilities in excess of the maximum occupancy. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your vacation stay and forfeiture of all rental monies. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
