By completing and submitting this reservation form, you agree to all of the inn's policies, including but not limited to the cancellation policy, as shown on our policies page.

For your protection against unforeseen disruption to your travel plans, we highly recommend looking into travel insurance.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else (such as as a gift or for business purposes), please call the inn to make the reservation.

In order to ensure delivery of your reservation confirmation, be sure to add maplewoodinnbedandbreakfast.com to your allowed list. If you do not receive a confirmation shortly after reserving, check your spam folder.

Please note that check-in is from 3pm-7pm. Earlier or later arrivals must be arranged in advance. We will do our best to accommodate. See our FAQ for more info.

Pets
Well-behaved small dogs (under 40 lb.) are welcomed in Brookside. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the room and must be on leash at all times in common areas and on Maplewood property.

If you prefer to board your dog nearby, Beasley recommends Woof Pack. Guests bringing dogs accept all liability and responsibility of their pets and any damage they may cause to Inn property or other guests. A signed waiver and liability form must be submitted via email or US Mail within 5 days of your booking and must be received in advance of your stay.
