Deposit: To hold your reservation, a credit card number will be kept on file, but NO first night deposit is required. All rooms are subject to a 5.5% state sales tax, but NO additional room tax.
Cancellations: We must receive at least a ten day notice for any cancellation and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than ten days, no shows, and early check outs will be charged to your credit card for the full nights of reservation, no matter what the situation. We accept cash, checks (with proof of ID), Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
A minimum of two night stay is required on Fri/Sat nights and a 3 night minimum on festival and holiday weekends unless it fits into our scheduling. Contact Dave at 920-203-9584.
