Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

DEPOSIT: 50% deposit or one-night (whichever is greater) is required to guarantee a reservation. Pay with VISA or Mastercard.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made no less than 28 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund. A $25 cancellation fee per room, per night will be deducted from the deposit. You will be charged the full amount of your stay if you cancel or change your reservation, for ANY reason, less than 28 days prior to your arrival. We will only refund or provide credit for a future stay if we sell the room. You may change your reservation with no penalty if done at least 28 days before your scheduled arrival. In case COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the State of Vermont effect your travel dates, we will work with you to reschedule your stay without penalty fees, or we will give you a credit for the full amount of your deposit. Credits do not expire and are transferable.

Renewal of Vows Special
We'll take off $100 from any of our Wedding Packages. Simply send us a copy of your license when you reserve and we'll make it happen. Your license may be from any jurisdiction, in or outside Vermont.

5-4-4 Special
Stay four consecutive nights at Moose Meadow Lodge and get the 5th night free. This special offer is valid during LOW and MID seasons. It is not valid in the Treehouse, holidays or during PEAK season.

Solo Traveler Special
Take $20 per night off your bill. Two-night minimum required. Offer is valid all year, including foliage season and holidays.

Massage Therapy Special
MML guests pay only $55 per hour (regularly $75). Advanced reservations recommended. Valid for massage only by Willie.

Why not stimulate the senses with a romantic dinner for two at the award-winning Michael's on the Hill Restaurant? Chef Michael Kloeti combines his European flair with fresh local ingredients to create a truly unforgettable culinary experience. Let us know your preferred day and time, and we'll make the reservation for you. Celebrate a special occasion or simply spice up your love life. This package includes dinner for two with four courses, tax, and gratuity. Alcoholic beverages are additional. Room rates are additional. If selected, please indicate in comment field below your preferred reservations date and time.

Family Group Retreat Rental
Rent the entire Lodge for your family reunion, group retreat or friends getaway at a considerable discount. Bring your own food. Make your own meals and enjoy all the amenities at Moose Meadow. Package includes room for 8-10 people, bed linens, towels, use of kitchen and outdoor grill. Breakfast and daily housekeeping are not included. Owners live on site and are available to provide concierge service, suggest tours, restaurants and area activities.
