Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days (14 days for Sturgis Rally dates between August 1 to August 15) (the “Cancellation Deadline”) prior to your scheduled day of arrival (the "Check-in Date"), the full deposit (less a $20 cancellation fee) will be refunded. If you cancel after the Cancellation Deadline, but at least 48 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the Check-in Date, the full deposit (less a $20 transfer fee) is transferable to another date,but is not refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to32:00 pm on the Check-in Date, your credit card will be charged for the full room rate (plus sales tax)(and minus the deposit) for the number of days reserved. Early departures require full payment for the scheduled room reservation.

Inclement Weather Delayed and Cancelled Flights & Personal Emergency: **We highly recommend travel insurance for these circumstances **Notwithstanding the above cancellation policy, We do not give refunds for delayed flights, inclement weather or personal emergencies. You may call or send an e-mail with request for cancellation and it will be given consideration. A confirmation cancellation will be sent to you via e-mail if it is approved.
